From its humble beginnings in 1994 as a wireless & computer assembling and servicing company, the Aatash Group has, over the years, metamorphosed into a formidable business conglomerate in the fields of Maritime Safety, Costal Surveillance, Maritime Communications, IT & Telecommunications, Dredging, Construction, as well as the Generation of Renewal Energy.

Under the expert leadership of our founder & CEO, Jinofer Bhujwala, and our Management Team, we at Aatash pride ourselves in attaining an in-depth understanding of our customers’ distinct requirements before offering them a customized solutions best suited for their needs. To ensure that our customers receive the best products and services, Aatash has entered into strategic Tie-Ups as well as Joint Ventures with pioneering international corporations, for technology sharing and product procurement.

With our Client-Centric focus at the helm of affairs, Aatash has successfully completed several projects, the primary one being, setting up a full-fledged IALA compliant, Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) in the Gulf of Khambhat, Gujarat under a 30 year BOOT Agreement with Gujarat Maritime Board. Our other projects include, providing manning services to several ports in India as well as in Abu Dhabi U.A.E. and erection of Radar towers and Control Centers in several other ports in India. Aatash has also set up an in-house 5MW solar power plant in Gujarat and have entered into a long term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Government of Gujarat for the supply of power to the grid.

The Aatash group has also set up, the only IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities) Accredited and DGLL (Directorate General of Lighthouse & Lightships) Certified Training Centre in India which offers VTS Operator & Supervisor training based on the V103/1, V103/2, V103/3, V103/4 & V103/5 IALA syllabus.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

At Aatash we strongly believe in 'Inclusive Social Development' and are proud to be involved in the Socio-Economic development of the Fishermen community along the coastal regions where we operate. Our area of focus is 'Safety Of Fishermen At Sea'.

After the incident off Jafrabad's coast involving the loss of fishermen's lives, our team began looking into the cause of the incident to find ways to minimize loss of life at sea for local fishermen. After interacting with the fishermen, we found that they lack knowledge of communication and navigational equipment. We also learnt that fishing vessels do not carry basic life saving equipment like life jackets. Hence we decided to address this in a two pronged manner.

1. Educate the fishermen to use basic navigational and communication equipment which can be helpful to them in case of any crisis at sea.
2. Provide useful products such as SART/EPIRB, Life Jackets, Floating VHF, GPS, Fish Finders, Inflatable Rafts, etc.

Going forward, we also plan to obtain a license for 'Community Radio' and establish 100 watt radio stations (as per WPC rules) at various locations to share important information, to fishermen en masse.

The group's aim is to equip the fisherman community with information and technology to help improve life and safety at sea.

At Aatash, we also socially committed to make our nation energy independent utilizing renewable energy sources and thus reducing the environment footprints to the great extant.
